Ty-Rae Eubanks

Ty began his window cleaning business in high school. With $35 borrowed from his father, he purchased a bucket, a squeegee and a ladder... South Shore was born.

Ty cleaned windows for many Newport Beach residents. Once he mastered his skills, his business grew, attracting customers whose homes were among the finest in Orange County. Ty began to apply the quality and professionalism of South Shore' service to commercial buildings in 1990 and focused growing a professional building services company.

Ty has served as a member of the I-14 Safety committee, an International committee dedicated to developing safety standards and regulations for the window cleaning industry. He has been certified as a CEAC, Certified Environmentally Aware Cleaner and is a member of BBL, an organization of Christian CEO's. Ty is committed to growing his company based on biblical principles, outstanding customer service, and unparalleled value. Vickie Eubanks

Vickie joined South Shore in 1992. Vickie enjoys marketing for South Shore as well as participating in local industry related associations. Vickie is a member of BOMA Orange County. She has served on the Board of Directors of the International Window Cleaning Association as well as the Board of Directors for BOMA and IFMA.

Vickie graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism. Working at South Shore has allowed Vickie the opportunity to apply her creativity, writing and communication skills. Vickie was honored in 1999 with the Ettore Award, a prestigious award given to an IWCA member who has demonstrated dedication and commitment while contributing to the success and professionalism of the organization. Vickie's achievements with the IWCA included the design and creation of the association's web site, working with Cal-OSHA and others industry leaders on the new regulations for window cleaning and developing several marketing tools for the IWCA. Vickie was honored with the 1997 Member of the Year Award from BOMA Orange County. Vickie also received a special President's Award for "Significant Milestone Achievements." Vickie served on the Board of BOMA from 1993-1998 and continues to participate through committees and events. She has served on the Board of Directors of the International Window Cleaning Association as well as the Board of Directors for BOMA and IFMA. Vickie currently is serving a three year term on the IWCA Board of Directors and serves as the Communications Director on the Board of Directors for BOMA Orange County.

Sal Corona - Account Manager

Sal comes to South Shore with an extensive background in Safety Operations. Sal holds various certifications ranging from OSHA 10 to Suspended Scaffolding Certification. Sal is assigned as account representative to some of South Shore's largest Los Angeles-based customers and ensures both safety and quality service.

Craig T. Nelson - Bookkeeper

Craig is our newest addition and brings his accounting expertise to our financial department. His friendly demeanor and professionalism ensure that our customers are receiving both accurate and exceptional service.

Marius Opre - Customer Relations

Marius comes to South Shore with a genuine eagerness to serve our clients. He has a passion for introducing our clients to the various services South Shore offers to improve the maintenance of their properties. He is involved in the IWCA, BOMA Orange County and is committed to developing long lasting, beneficial relationships within the commercial building industry.

Manuela Navarro - Scheduling Supervisor

Our Scheduling Supervisor, Manuela Navarro, works tirelessly to meet the challenging demands of coordinating the service schedules of over 1000 buildings throughout the year. She is committed to accommodating the diverse requests of our customers. She is responsible for sending our customers accurate Service Memos throughout the month, notifying clients of upcoming service and ensuring precise service notes on work orders for our crewmembers. She enjoys the challenging environment of precision scheduling and providing superior customer service.
